Money Claim Online lets you issue a claim for a fixed amount, up to £100,000, against up to two defendants without visiting a court. You pay the issue fee by card, and the court serves the claim on the debtor.
If the debtor does not respond within the deadline, you can request a default judgment online. If they defend, the claim moves to a local court and is allocated to a track.
