AutoChase is an invoice management and automated payment chasing platform. We provide tools to create invoices, track payments, and automatically send payment reminders to clients.
You must register for an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
AutoChase offers Free and Pro plans. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use AutoChase to send spam, fraudulent invoices, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your data securely and do not sell it to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of AutoChase are owned by AutoChase and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AutoChase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
